In the category of Record Of The Year, Tom Coyne was nominated for “We Are Never Getting Back Together” by Taylor Swift and Chris Gehringer was nominated for Fun.’s “We Are Young.” For Album Of The Year, Chris Gehringer was also nominated for the Fun. album Some Nights.
In addition, Sterling Sound committed a monopoly of the Best Pop Vocal Album as Tom Coyne mastered Pink’s The Truth About Love and Maroon 5’s Overexposed, Chris Gehringer mastered Fun.’s Some Nights and Kelly Clarkson’s Stronger, and Ted Jensen mastered Florence & The Machine’s second album Ceremonials.
